Message
JSMU is growing rapidly as a medical university. New departments, institutes, affiliates, and programmes are being established and modern processes, techniques, and practices are constantly being adopted to keep the University in step with global education standards. JSMU’s growth is a story of embracing change to achieve the goal of providing relevant and modern health sciences education in the public sector since 2012.
The Office of Communications tells this story of JSMU to build internal and external support for the aims and work of the University, using available digital and traditional platforms.
Through effective communication, we aim to reach the health sciences community with reliable and objective information and messages that enable our community, the public and the society to engage in our work of providing high quality health sciences education in the public sector.
We employ a range of media platforms, such as websites, social media, and email newsletters, to effectively connect with diverse audiences. Additionally, traditional media channels, including press releases, publications, and events, play a vital role in disseminating our message to a wider audience.
As the Head of this Office, I take immense pride in our team's dedication and commitment to sharing the JSMU story. We are passionate about showcasing our rapid growth and progress as a leading medical university, and we are equally dedicated to upholding the values of transparency, reliability, and excellence in our communication practices.
